They regulate your relationship with us, covering the services provided, payment policies, and dispute resolution. 2. Services

Hiriketiya Diving Center provides a range of water sports activities, including scuba diving, snorkeling, and surfing, as well as equipment rental and training sessions. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance, either online or by contacting our team. The Center reserves the right to amend or cancel scheduled services due to factors such as adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, technical issues, or any unforeseen circumstances that may compromise the quality or safety of the experience. In such cases, affected customers will be notified promptly, and an alternative date or refund may be offered at the Center’s discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require full payment to confirm a reservation. Payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, or other payment gateways as specified on our website. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Any promotional offers or discounts must be claimed at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively applied. Cancellations made within the specified period (usually 48 hours before the scheduled service) may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made outside this period or no-shows will not be entitled to a refund.

4. Liability

Participation in water sports carries inherent risks. By engaging in any activity offered by Hiriketiya Diving Center, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily assuming such risks, including but not limited to, injury, disability, or death. The Center provides professional instructors and well-maintained equipment, but all participants must follow the guidelines provided for their safety. The Center disclaims any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Center’s staff.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hiriketiya Diving Center website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material without prior written permission from the Center is strictly prohibited. This includes using our content for commercial purposes or falsely representing an association with Hiriketiya Diving Center.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website will be resolved in accordance with Sri Lankan law, with the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Sri Lanka. By using our website or services, you consent to this jurisdiction. Should any part of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
